The Virtual Team Advantage Workshop certifies coaches and facilitators to use the proprietary Team Advantage team coaching process. The workshop includes eight, 90-minute virtual sessions delivered via Zoom and hosted by experienced Team Advantage professional coaches.  This highly interactive workshop features simulations and role plays that help participants understand the team coaching process and provides time for practice and feedback from coaches and peers.
